Yes, Maa Shashi Foundation is registered under the Trust Registration Act, 1882 (Indian Trust Act, 1882) with Registration Number 906. We are also listed on the Government of India's NGO Darpan portal with Unique ID: DL/2020/0270324.
Yes, all donations to Maa Shashi Foundation are eligible for tax deductions under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act. We will request your PAN card details to issue your official 80G tax exemption certificate.
Our administrative office is located in Mandawali, East Delhi (110092). Our active programs operate across Delhi NCR (slum child education and daily food langars) and across rural villages in Uttar Pradesh (community welfare, book distribution, and cattle protection).
Donations are directly utilized to fund our four core pillars: nutritious food langars, free doctor checkup camps, evening education classes and books for underprivileged children (Saraswati Project), and animal welfare (Gau Shaalas).
